For many women, these changes begin during midlife, when hormones shift and the body no longer responds the way it used to.

My approach

My work is grounded in both professional training and real-world experience navigating complex health challenges. I combine my background as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) to help you:

  • Understand what’s actually going on in your body

  • Connect the dots between your symptoms

  • Create a realistic, personalized plan

  • Build sustainable habits without overwhelm

I have a special focus on supporting women in midlife who feel like their bodies have changed and what used to work no longer does.

When appropriate, we start with your existing bloodwork—or a comprehensive set of biomarkers—to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. From there, we build a targeted plan and only go deeper with additional testing if it’s truly needed.

This isn’t about extreme diets or quick fixes.

It’s about helping your body function the way it’s meant to—so you can feel better, think clearly, and have the energy to live your life.

Why I do this work

Like many of my clients, I spent years searching for answers.

I dealt with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and symptoms that were often dismissed or labeled as “normal.” Despite doing all the “right” things, I still didn’t feel well.

Everything changed when I began looking at my health through a functional, root-cause lens.

Instead of chasing symptoms, I started connecting the dots.

That shift not only transformed my health—but changed the direction of my life.

What makes my approach different

My background in engineering taught me how to solve complex problems.

I bring that same mindset to your health.
